Tianma Soup Valsartan Capsules Clinical Study The Treatment Of Hypertension (phlegm-dampness) Of Banxiabaizhutianma

Objective：The clinical effects observation of self-made Banxia BaizhuTianma Decoction on Vertigo Phlegm Dampness Type patients,including bloodpressure controlling, blood fat depressing, and clinical symdrome improvement.Method:108patients are picked up and devided into two groups randomly. GroupA, the Banxia Baizhu Tianma Group, is to be treated with Classical Chinese herbmedical decoction,while Group B,the Contral Group, is to have antihypertivedrugs.7-day is one course of treatment and the two groups are to be observedfor two courses of treatments. The blood pressure and clinical syndromeResults:1.The analysis of the two groups blood pressure controlling effectsshows:Before treatment,the average systolic pressureof GroupA is156±9.8mmHg，while diastolic pressure98±7.2mmHg,and those of Group B are each130±7.8mmHg and78±10.3mmHg；After treatment,the average systolic pressureofGroupA is154±10.2mmHg，while diastolic pressure95±8.9mmHg，and those of GroupB are each135±6.5mmHg，and85±9.6mmHg.The difference was statisticallysignificant (P＜0.05).2. The lab data of Group A,before treatment is:TG2.95±0.28mmol/L,TC6.78±0.58mmol/L,LDL-C3.98±0.36mmol/L；and after treatment,and data arelowered to:TG2.39±0.20mmol/L,TC6.18±0.52mmol/L, LDL-C3.37±0.29mmol/L. The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). This showsthe decoction have good effect on patients blood fat improvement.3.The analysis of Chinese clinical syndrome improvements before and aftertreatment shows that:the comparation of Group A before with the one of aftertreatment, and with group B,are both statistically significant (P＜0.05). 4.After test, picture of tongue of Group A before treatment compare withthe ones after,and the result appears statistically significant (P＜0.05).Thisshows the decoction have a strong effect on improving the picture of tongue.Conclusion：The Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction, representative of treatmentto Vertigo Phlegm Dampness Type,have a good effect on controlling blood pressurecomparing to antihypertentive drugs,and lowering blood fat,but itsblood-controlling power is weaker than Diovanl.It can controlling bloodpressure, lower blood fat,and improve the clinical synfrome. It is featuredwith good effect, low side effect,and easily accepted by patients, which areworth being spreaded among the world.
