Research On The Syndrome And Treatment Law Of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction And Its Prediction On The Mechanism Of Prevention And Treatment Of AS

Purpose:Through the collection and analysis of the clinical medical reports of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction,the regularity of syndrome differentiation and treatment of its clinical application was explored and summarized.At the same time,the network of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction-AS-pathway was established with the help of network pharmacology research platform to explore the molecular biological mechanism of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the prevention and treatment of AS.Material and method:1.Through searching CNKI,Wanfang knowledge data service platform,VIP and CBM,we searched the medical cases about Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction published from 2000 to October 2020,and collected and sorted out the gender,age,onset season,TCM disease name,clinical symptoms,clinical symptoms of patients in the medical cases Pulse,tongue,adding medicine taste,deleting medicine taste,dosage and other related data.Frequency analysis and golden section method were used to analyze the general rules of syndrome differentiation and treatment of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction.2.Screen the active ingredients and targets of six medicines in Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction through the TCMSP platform,construct a molecular-target network;then use TTD,Dis Ge NET,Drug Bank disease database to screen and integrate potential targets related to AS.Then unified the protein names through the Uniprot database.Use the Venny 2.1.0 platform to map the gene names of standardized target proteins to disease targets and component targets,and obtain common targets to draw a Venn diagram.Use the STRING database to build a drug-disease target protein-protein interaction network and mine core targets.Complete GO biological process and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of the core target protein through the DAVID database,upload the analysis results to the Omic Share cloud platform for data visualization processing,and finally use the Cytoscape software for analysis to obtain the name of each Chinese medicine of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction-AS Target-KEGG pathway multi-dimensional network diagram.Results:1.Through the statistical analysis of 235 cases of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction,we found that the overall gender of patients,the prevalence rate of male and female is about 0.9:1,female patients are relatively more;In terms of age of onset,all age groups can have the disease,but 30-60 years old is the main age group,accounting for 74.36%;The main cause of the disease was internal injury;The incidence rate of four seasons is higher in spring and lower in winter.The course of disease was mainly within one month,accounting for 39.19%.The core pulse symptoms of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction are dizziness,headache,nausea and vomiting,mental fatigue,anorexia and chest tightness.The tongue is light,white and greasy,and the pulse is string slippery or moistening slippery,which are related to phlegm dampness.There are 36 kinds of diseases,the highest incidence rate is vertigo.Licorice and tangerine peel are often deleted.The most commonly used drugs are dampness removing drugs,deficiency tonifying drugs,liver calming and wind calming drugs,followed by blood activating and stasis removing drugs.The highest frequency of occurrence included Acorus tatarinowii,Alisma orientalis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Codonopsis pilosula,etc.In this prescription,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Poria cocos,Pinellia ternata and Gastrodia elata took the second place.2.According to the results of network pharmacology research,the six drugs of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction have a total of 296 targets.A total of 175 Atherosclerosis-related targets were found through 3 disease databases.Through the Uniprot database standardization target,and then through Venny 2.1 mapping,53 common targets were obtained,including VEGFA,IL6,TNF,TP53,etc.After GO function enrichment analysis,319 biological processes,31 cell components and 50 molecular functions were obtained.Enrichment analysis of the KEGG pathway showed that there are 66 pathways involved in the process of the various Chinese medicines of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on AS,including Adipocytokine signaling pathway and TNF signaling pathway.Conclusion:1.After analysis,it is found that the modern clinical indications for the application of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction basically correspond to the pathogenesis of the original book "Damp Phlegm Containment",regardless of the age of onset,etiology,clinical manifestations,and the use of medicinal flavors.The prescription is applied to various diseases,the spectrum of diseases to be treated is wider,and the clinical symptoms are diverse,but they all pay attention to the important role of phlegm-dampness in the pathogenesis.2.With the help of network pharmacology,the mechanism of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on as is studied.It is found that Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction regulates as through multi-component,multi-target and multi-channel mechanisms.It is predicted that Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction may prevent atherosclerosis through inflammatory reaction,oxidative stress,lipid metabolism and other related mechanisms.
