Due to the relevant personnel lack of theory knowledge in the designand application, so the power of motor to choose is not correct, that lead toeconomic losses, affect the normal use and service life, and the safety of thepeople or production planted hidden dangers.In this paper, starting from the root of the motor heating (loss), the antherputs forward the concept of temperature rise, and then through the analysis ofthe motor heating and cooling theory knowledge and the different workingsystems in motor, expounds basis for the selection of motor in different workingsystem and the load duration rate or in different rated power under the stipulatedtime—the maximum of the stability motor temperature rising in the process ofoperation cannot be greater than maximum permissible temperature rising. Theanther introduces the calibration methods of motor and its applicable conditionsand analysis the brake motor internal brake influence on motor heating, thencarries on the theoretical derivation combined with the actual influence. In orderto ensure brake motor to meet the working requirements, the anther analysis thebraking torque at the condition of static and dynamic and put forward for the scheme to measure the brake torque measurement at corresponding state.This topic is based on the electric hoist crane in the choice of brake motorcapacity, Launched brake motors internal brakes on its heat in different worksystems.
