As the tall buildings continue to extend to the sky,The speed of the elevator as a means of transportation was increasing.Began to be paid attention to the friction temperature rise of the elevator safety gear in the process of braking.However,At present,the research on braking process of safety gear were mainly focused on theoretical analysis in the field of dynamics?the performance of the safety gear itself and Simulation analysis made by using heat flux as boundary condition.But there was less research on the surface design?dynamic simulation analysis of braking process?direct coupling analysis of thermal structure in braking process and measurement experiment of braking temperature rise.The main work and results of this paper are as follows:(1)The paper stated the background and significance of this study,comparing the history and current research on aspect of the safety gear between domestic and foreign,analyzed the shortcomings of the design of the safety gear block surface?the numerical simulation calculation and the experimental measurement of the braking temperature rise in domestic,studied the numerical calculation method of heat transfer and thermal structure coupling,derived the thermal structure coupling equation,provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent simulation calculation.(2)Outlined the principle of safety gear braking,combined with the lines in living and the shortcomings of existing surface of the block,redesigned the surface of the clamp,the dynamic simulation of the braking process of the safety gear used by Adams,under the different triggering speed,load,coefficient of friction and positive pressure circumstances,studied the change of braking distance,braking speed and deceleration during the braking process.(3)Through the test of the properties of the blocks and the parameters of the thermal properties,obtained the value of the parameters required by the simulation with the change of temperature,established the simplified model of safety clamp brake is by using Hypermesh and Solidworks,obtained the key loading parameters of the values of the dynamic,speed,and acceleration with time through a type test,the simulation calculation was used by Abaqus,obtained the distribution of pressure field,stress field and temperature field of the pliers and guideways,Analyzed the high temperature area of the block and the guideway respectively that the highest temperature of the guideway surface is higher than the highest temperature on the surface of the clamp block.(4)Analyzed the manufacturing technology of the fixed clamp block and the movable clamp block,described the method of obtaining diamond lines on the surface of the brake block,drawing the engineering drawings of the safety gear?the fixed clamp block and the movable clamp block,the static pressure clamping test was carried out on the safety gear,conceived the idea of the brake temperature rise measurement experiment of the safety gear,the test of braking temperature rise was carried out,obtained the local surface temperature change curve of the clamp block during the braking process,compared and analyzed the simulation results that the simulation results were almost similar to the experimental results,proved the feasibility of the experiment.Through the research on the surface design of the clamp block and explored the problem of the friction temperature rise during the braking process,provided a paving for further research.
