Folding boom truck-mounted crane is a cargo loading, unloading andtransport functions in one special lifting equipment. Job execution lorry cranemainly by its working bodies reality. This paper built theinitial model and optimization models knuckle boom loader cranes workingbodies by Pro/e software and ADAMS software to, and stress analysis of theoptimization model. Optimal Design for their work requirements, dynamicsimulation analysis, the two organizations to optimize luffing institutions,mainly to complete the following work:(1) ADAMS, parametric modeling, optimization models for modeling thework of its agencies. Through the analysis of lorry crane working bodies, first,kinematic analysis (the velocity and acceleration of hanging point), and Pro/etest in the initial model to a consistent result, further dynamic testing (cylinderpressure) and Pro/e measures the results compared to verify the correctness ofthe model.(2) establish a folding boom truck mounted crane working body designvariables, objective function constructor, add the appropriate constraints, areasonable choice optimization algorithm. The first use of the software designresearch (Design Study) means to analyze the boom cylinder and boom cylinderpressure by its working body size ten hinge point of impact, the greater thesensitivity of the hinge point of the boom cylinder and boom cylinder forcerecorded in the table. By optimizing the design (Optimization) means, for theimpact of the boom cylinder and boom cylinder design point greater force tooptimize the boom cylinder and boom cylinder force be reduced.(3) Based on its analysis agencies to optimize the design of the objectivefunction, and the results of the optimization objective function select threetypical conditions for verification analysis. As the sub-objective optimization results tend to meet a performance index to determine weights carvemulti-objective function optimization objective function based on the results,further work mechanism for multi-objective optimization. Typical operatingconditions selected for verification based on the optimization results,description of the folding arm crane work force agencies to optimize thehydraulic cylinder is reasonable.In short, through multi-objective optimization results, analysis craneworking bodies of different performance requirements, optimizing the results ofthe hydraulic cylinder force is reduced, the volatility is relatively stable, thecrane lifting performance is improved.
