Lorry crane,also known as derrick truck,is widely used in the engineering for transportation,mines,construction sites and so on.At present,the widespread the problem about domestic lorry crane is that the size of crane load at work will change with the quality of the lifting heavy objects.And the rated weight is fixed and won't change with the change of the load.It caused that in the process of practical work,when the load is far short of full load,the hydraulic pump pressure increase with the decrease of load to corresponding pressure leading to waste of power.It also cause too high system pressure,too fast heating up hydraulic oil as accelerated aging speed of spare parts.According to the above problems,this paper design a kind of sensitive load balancing circuit on the basis of research on crane at home and abroad and applies it to the original hydraulic system to make the power efficiency of the whole system to realize the energy saving purpose.Based on the large tonnage folding boom of the lorry crane hoisting mechanism hydraulic system as the research object,the lorry crane telescopic boom is made some improvement design of hydraulic system.First,the principle of the hydraulic system of crane telescopic arm is to find out the common problem which is the rated weight lifting mechanism as a fixed value will not change as the change of load.Therefore,whether the load carrying and back pressure value of the balance valve remains the same.This has led to the fall heavy process,hydraulic pump may require additional output pressure to support the load down.This paper designed a new kind of load sensitive balance circuit to replace ordinary balancing circuit on the basis of the original hydraulic system and theoretically analyzed that the new type hydraulic system balance circuit can reduce the output of the pump pressure to improve the power efficiency of the whole system.Using hydraulic simulation software AMESim is to the new design sensitive load balancing circuit model to the whole hydraulic system modeling.setting up the relevant parameters in heavy objects falling process,the model is respectively in the same condition before and after the improvement of hydraulic hoist system simulation experiment comparing of the hydraulic pumpoutput power to calculate the two hydraulic systems before and after improvement the output power of the pump according to the formula.The experimental data show that under the condition of the same parameters of the improved the output power of the hydraulic system of hydraulic pumb is lower than before to prove the improved load sensitive system improves the utilization rate of power and achieved the purpose of energy saving.
