| With the development of economy and the trend of lightweight,communalize and modularize in the hoist transport machinery there are higher requirements on the product development life-cycle and performance for the crane enterprise.It’s obviously a good approach to find a more accurate and convenient design way.Thus a computing platforms of lattice boom is designed.Different from the original design method of the analogy design by the same level product,the computing platforms is based on the analytic formula and combines the actual situation of the boom crane,provide a new ways for the design of truss arm structure.This thesis is a summary throughout the process of developing the lattice boom design procedure.From the deduction of the analytic formula,to the determination of the principle and programming,to comparison the result of finite element method and experimental.Paper’s whole work and research are as follow:(1)According to the current situation of construction machinery industry,analyses are conducted on the development trend of crane industry and shortcoming of truss design.Provide the view of the lattice boom design procedure and the significance for the truss arm design and structure light weight,and then introduced the program design briefly.(2)It’s illustrated the details of program design and derivation of analytical formula,and explained the significance of formulas and parameters used in each step in programming.Finally,introduced each program and application through examples.(3)Introduces nonlinear finite element method(NFEM)and parametric finite element modeling,and use the APDL language(ANSYS Parametric Design Laguage)to achieve the buckling analysis for lattice boom optimized by design procedure.Then,the calculation result of NFEM and analytical method were compared to verify primitively the accuracy of analytical method and design procedure.Verify the effect of different webs arrangement for truss stability and the advantage of the restrictive conditions uses in design procedure by ANSYS.(4)The buckling failure test of different lattice boom was introduced in detail.Summarized and analyzed the test results then the reliability and rationality of design procedure and the advantage of lightweight for the truss structure design could be verified through the comparison of test results,calculation result of NFEM and analytical method calculation result.(5)Summed up the work throughout design procedure process,and put forward the shortcomings of the present procedure and the suggestions for the further promotion and improvement.The lattice boom design procedure could improve the design efficiency and performance of the truss structure used in lattice boom crane crane,and provide opinions for the light-weight of the truss structure. |
