As an important part of the ammunition,fuze must meet the requirements of the insensitive ammunition,which requires the fuze must meet the safety of the test.At the same time,whether in service or in combat readiness,some special environmental factors will be encountered,resulting in environmental stress overload of the fuze,resulting in a fatal explosion,leading to safety accidents.Therefore,it is an important and urgent problem to study the characteristics of fuze transmission detonation sequence.In this paper,the shock wave and fragment and shock wave-joint model under the action of fuze explosive trains sympathetic detonation reaction characteristics of numerical simulation research,material model and state equation are introduced in detail,established the fuze explosive trains sympathetic detonation characteristics of numerical simulation method,and considering the influence of the protective buffer layer position and structure,calculated the preformed fragment size,analyses the different function mode of the detonation wave propagation law,the witness plate damage,energy change,the attenuation effect of buffer layer on the shock wave and fragment,thereby gaining the fuze explosive trains sympathetic detonation critical gap distance and sympathetic detonation safety distance,It can provide some reference value for the charge design,package design,production storage and protection of fuze explosive trains.
