| Chinese Electrical Enterprises are zealously engaging in international projects all over the world. Due to the booming of economy. Chinese enterprises have many advantages such as Design and Manufacturing in Global Markets. Nevertheless, the risks and uncertainties related to the International EPC projects are sky high. We have to admit that the weakness of our Chinese Electrical Enterprises, therefore, Engaging in international EPC projects is challenging for Chinese Enterprises.This thesis is focusing on the international electrical Transmission Line EPC projects. Comparing to other international engineering projects, The Electrical Transmission Line EPC projects have particular characteristics such as Right of Way problem, The overhead works, Shorter contract periods and tremendous coordination. Thus the study of this thesis which focus on the risk analysis is very meaningful.The author chooses NEGROS-PANAY Transmission Line project in Philippines as a case study on which we discuss of the Risk Plan, Risk Identify, Risk Analysis, Risk Response and Monitor for transmission line EPC projects. |
