| Demands promote development. With the development of economy and society needs, the DERs that access network will change the traditional grid’s "one-way" mode, besides,the demand of interoperability between distribution network and the grid, load reduction, protection control has put forward higher requirements for power distribution network information sharing, intelligent communication. Therefore, the clear communication needs for DER connecting to distribution network, establishment of information model and building a communication platform to realize real-time information sharing has great research significance for the future smart grid construction.Combined with the distribution business needs and related to the IEC61850standard to establish information model is the realization of power distribution network communication standards and key links, and when the information model of DER distribution network has builded we need corresponding communication technology platform to load. Along with the IP network technology unceasing development," everything over IP " prophecy is becoming a reality, the distribution communication network of various data services will also tend to IP, so the IP technology based on communication mode of distribution network is realized between the terminal device and the master station. Real-time communication in distribution network is the lifeline of distribution communication network, real-time and network delay improvement helps to improve the reliability and/or security of distribution network. At present, some QoS of communications technology (such as traffic engineering, leaky bucket and differentiated service, VLAN division) and network calculus theory methods have been applied to real-time communication research. Combining with the business needs of DER distribution network, quantitativeing calculation of end-to-end delay bound and researching to improve he real-time strategy method by network calculus theory will be great significance. The main research work of this thesis is:(1) studied the related IEC61850standards and the modeling idea of the IEC 61850-7-420standard. Using object oriented modeling method, builded the information model, information interactive model of DER distribution network by the data attribute and function of the service, established an information model of state transition diagram and simple programmed.(2) proposed distribution network communication mode that based on the IP technology, established data flow mathematical model of distribution network, maked the communication network construction scheme and simulated by OPNET software.(3) Analysising the real-time communication,then quantitatively calculated the distribution network in end-to-end delay bound value that based on network calculus theory. Last,proposed comprehensive strategies that based on leaky bucket and MPLS Diff-Serv to improve the distribution network real-time communication, OPNET simulation results has showed that’s an effective method. |
