As a vital node to realize energy flow and information exchange in the smart grid,the continuous and reliable operation of the smart substation plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and steady operation of the grid.The smart substation based on IEC61850 is developing rapidly in the direction of intelligence and networking,however,the evolution of new network attacks has brought a serious threat to the communication security of the smart substation.The IEC 62351 standard provides a solution to the communication security problem of the smart substation.The application of security protection measures will inevitably lead to additional computing overhead,further reducing the real-time performance of communication message,especially since the impact on resourc e-constrained intelligent electronic devices is more severe.Therefore,this paper aims to improve the security protection level and response speed of communication message and proposes a communication security protection strategy for smart substation that can meet the dual requirements of real-time and security simultaneously.First,a secure communication strategy for smart substation based on multi-stage transmission is proposed.Taking the security risk threats and information security requirements faced by the communication message of smart substation as the main research line,combined with the components of the security extension message and the national cryptographic algorithm,a secure communication strategy for smart substation is proposed,which is "staged generation at the sender-staged transmission of the line-staged verification at the receiver".This strategy realizes the two-way authentication of the identity of the subject’s identity through the double-sequence function,uses the random factor generated by the double-sequence function to verify the freshness of the message,and uses the digital signature algorithm to verify the integrity of the message and solve the subject’s denial threat,and verify the feasibility of the proposed communication strategy through security analysis.Secondly,the real-time performance of the proposed multi-stage secure communication strategy is simulated and analyzed based o n the combination of the encryption chip and OPNET platform,and study the measures that can improve the real-time performance of communication message in smart substation.Based on the chip platform,the operation time for the source and sink to safely pr ocess the communication message are analyzed and calculated,and the 220 k V D2-1 substation model is considered the research object.By configuring the virtual local area network and using the message priority technology,the network communication delay of communication message using the proposed security strategy is simulated and analyzed,so as to obtain the end-to-end communication delay of GOOSE security messages under various network structures and scenario s,and compare and analyze the real-time difference between the multi-stage security transmission strategy and the conventional transmission mode of communication message,and verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.Finally,a secure communication strategy for smart substation based on edge computing is proposed.Combined with the limited resources of intelligent electronic devices in the actual smart substation environment and the advantages of edge computing,the proxy server is set to provide shared proxy computing services for neighboring intelligent electronic devices.The intelligent electronic device performs computing offload processing on the message task s,and the edge server performs global optimal scheduling and proxy computing for the message tasks it proxy,so as to reduce the execution time of the terminal intelligent electronic device for the secure processing of the communication message.The simulation results show that,on the premise of satisfying security,the proposed model can reasonably allocate the offloading quantity of message tasks,optimize the offloading ratio of message tasks and dynamically adjust the queue waiting time of message tasks according to the real-time situation of the overall intelligent electronic device message tasks,and can effectively meet the real-time requirements of various safety communication message in smart substation. |
