| In view of present LPG’s development, the application, the demand present situation in our country, and based on the project risk management theory system, combining domestic and foreign research and practice situation of safety risk management, this paper research the X oilfield’s LPG project’s safety risk management.To research the safety risk management of project, first of all must to the forecast the project’s risk and assess the risk, at the same time should pay attention to the analysis of project’s human, machine, material, environment, method and management, which influence the safety risk of the project.This paper based on X oilfield’s LPG project safety risk management research, from the design, construction personnel, supervision, and other personnel angles analysis of the human factor; from the aspects of machinery, equipment, tools, materials, machines and materials analysis machine and material factors; from the natural environment, social environment, the work site study the environment factors; from the organizational structure and division of responsibilities, construction plan and safety risk management plan, the management system analysis management factor, in order to identify and predict the potential safety risk factors. Meanwhile analysis LPG project’s safety risk management system, safety risk management method system and safety risk control system, the safety risk management system include safety training and education system, safety risk examination and evaluation system, safety standards and codes of conduct, safety risk supervision and control system, the safety of the equipment, tools, materials, site management system and safety risk assessment and rewards and punishment system. Safety risk management system related to the safety risk management method based on total factors, whole processes and whole methods. And safety risk control system, involving the safety risk prevention, early warning and safety measures.Based on the safety risk management research of X oilfield’s LPG project, clear about the importance of the modern safety risk management thought’s guiding role, the modern safety risk technology’s the means role to construct safety risk management system. Safety risk management system help to monitor, control and prevent potential risks, the implementation of the safety risk management is to realize the whole members,whole processes, whole elements’safety management and risk management for the project, to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. |
