Abstract/Summary:
With the fast development of national construction, the requirementshave improved continuously on the quality of engineering project and level ofrisk management especially for the steel metal engineering projects, whichhave the exclusive features to distinguish from the other product, such as thehuge investment, long construction period, one product output, morenon-expected risk as well as the less control on the construction and market.In order to reducing or removing the risk, improving risk management level inthe project execution, achieving the target of project management andenhancing the competition against opponent, it is necessary to raise the higherrequest on safety system, getting more and more attention to become the keyelement, although, it is only the one part in the entirely project. This paperwith emphasis lies in take the safety system of JISCO CAPL as an example,and utilizes the theories and approached of the project risk management toidentity and analyze the general factors of risk management in theimplementation of project, moreover establishes the Model to assess the riskfactors and carries on the risk allocation, SIL and rules of system structuralarrangement, safety logic design to develop the functional safety systemmodels. Then, according to the actual condition of the project, chooses thescheme and measures to prevent risk, ensures the success of the target controlof project and reaches it to the best of our expectation.The main content of the paper is as follows:On the basis of the theories and approached of presently project riskmanagement system to make thorough introduce on the research, applicationand status problem of the metal project safety system, and with the actuallycondition to analyze the important for researching the risk management in safety system. Meanwhile, bring in the risk analysis and assessment system ofsafety system to set up the assess model according to the project key sectionand Fuzzy Synthetical Assessment model. Finally, base on the reality ofJISCO CAPL to research the mainly problem which would be confrontedduring the entirely safety system design, with the method of risk control andhistory experience to establish the functional model and find out the optimalscheme to improve the reliability of safety system.
