Study On Shandong Maritime Grid Regulatory Management

In this paper, the writer took Shandong Maritime Safety Administration grid management and the construction of maritime regulatory modernization as the research object, according to the Shandong Maritime Safety Administration grid management operation mode and operating results, combined with the management of the relevant theories, especially system management theory, analyzed and evaluated the positive effects of the grid management in the maritime regulatory construction, studied and highlighted the advantages of grid management, problems, needs improvement. On this basis, analyzed the existing problems deeply, gave ideas and methods to solve problems. This article systematically focused on the maritime regulatory modernization construction, using system management theory, gave a preliminary framework in the whole of the maritime regulatory modernization construction. In addition, pointed out deficiencies exist in the construction of Shandong maritime regulatory modernization, needs to improve, in order to guide its modernization construction in a positive way.Thesis studied and analyzed Shandong maritime status quo fully, aim that expected to achieve, problems that exist in the process of modernization construction, then led the construction into a strategic height, pointing out strengthen the management aspects investment is the most important thing at present. The paper would not only give a reference to help Shandong Maritime Safety Administration to construct its regulatory modernization, but also give a reference to those similar maritime sectors in their regulatory modernization construction.
