Research On The Military-Political Quality Of The National Defense Students

That relying on colleges and universities to train cadres in China began in1999.With the efforts of the military and universities, we have made tremendous achievements in training national defense students in the past10years, but there are still many deficiencies. In the speech of celebrating the90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Comrade HuJintao stressed that if we want to make our nation and army be rich and strong in the process of building a moderately prosperous society, We should promote the overall development of economic and national defense. Only for that, can we go to the civil-military integration development way. And this is also the best choice to promote the scientific development of national defense and army. With the development of economic and technology, training defense students in China is facing new problems and challenges. In the future,about60percent of the officers in the army will be trained by the colleges and universities. Therefore, the Selection-Training-Office is the important part in training the national defense students.So the Selected-Training-Office has the burden to train the outstanding national defense students. How to training the national defense students has became a hot topic in the society.This paper research ideas:First, I will analyze the domestic and foreign research about the military and political quality, then, I will put forward my view and research thought.Second, I will focus on the concept of the military and political quality and the process in training the national defense students.Third, I will put forward the target of the Military--political quality, including the ideological and political quality,the professional military quality, the physical and psychological quality and the innovation ability.Fourth, at the same time I will make a survey of the military and political quality about the national defense students in the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, then I will make an statistics and analyze the problems.At last, I will put forward some strategy advices about training the National Defense Students’ Military--political quality.
