A Study On The Resettlement Of Retired Military Officers In Tianjin Under The Background Of Deepening National Defense And Military Reform

The deepening national defense and military reform has brought many new challenges to the resettlement of retired military officers.As one of the municipalities directly under the Central Government,Tianjin is the first choice for the resettlement of retired military officers because of its political influence,economic development level,social security level,geographical location and other factors.Compared with previous years,the number of resettlement brings great pressure to the resettlement in Tianjin.Under the background of the reform,improving the level to achieve the target of strengthening military in the new situation is very important,to alleviate the pressure of the Tianjin resettlement of local government,efficient complete resettlement of retired military officers,highlighting features make the retired military officers and continue to contribute to the economic and social development,is still an important subject of the resettlement of retired military officers in Tianjin in front of us.This thesis makes a comprehensive use of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis.Firstly,the relevant concepts involved are defined,the development process,basic procedures,domestic and foreign research situation of resettlement for retired military officers are summarized.Secondly,the resettlement status of retired military officers in Tianjin was summarized,the existing problems and the causes were analyzed.Thirdly,combined with the resettlement policies of "self-employment" represented by the United States and "dual-track" represented by Russia,as well as the resettlement experience of retired military officers in some provinces and cities in China,this thesis comprehensively analyzes the enlightenment brought by foreign and domestic policy experience.Finally,combined with the deepening of national defense and military reform and the actual situation of Tianjin,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the resettlement of retired military officers in Tianjin.
