Application Research Of National Military Standard Quality Management System In National Defense Science And Technology Projects Quality Management To FH’s Case

The national defense science and technology industry is an important pillar of national security.It undertakes various national defense scientific research projects and production tasks in the field of military equipment construction and provides various military equipment for the people’s army.China’s existing military industry system is in the stage of reform and transformation.The state proposes a deep development strategy of military-civilian integration,and strives to build a new national defense industry system of military and civilian integration.It gradually forms a system integration and final assembly of small state-owned large military industrial groups,and small and medium-sized enterprise undertaker components.The dual policy dividend created by the integration of military and civilians and the reform of the military system has created a huge space for the development of advantageous private enterprises.Civilian-invested military enterprises participating in the strategic opportunity period urgently need to optimize their management system with advanced,scientific and effective management theory.Improve the core competitiveness of the company.The GJB9001 series of standards is an important part of China’s weapons and equipment research and production management system.Organizations that undertake military equipment and ancillary product demonstration,development,production,testing,maintenance and service tasks must pass the national military standard quality management system certification to provide corresponding services.The project has become the basic operation form of R&D and production of modern enterprises.Military enterprises must do a good job in project management under the framework of quality management system,closely integrate with the national environment and the small environment of the unit,and form a military R&D project management system suitable for the company’s own situation.Rationalize the relationship between the quality management system and the project management system,so that the two can form a synergy and improve development through quality improvement and efficiency.This paper attempts to analyze the situation of a military-civilian enterprise to develop a representative enterprise,and to analyze the common problems of the military research and development management system of the FH company.According to the special requirements of weapons and equipment,the application of GJB quality management system in defense project management is studied through quantitative analysis and qualitative judgment.By analyzing the current proj ect management status of FH’s military product research and development proj ect,the FH company’s proj ect quality management improvement design plan was proposed to make the FH company’s project R&D process more controlled,scientifically managed,and product quality more reliable.Through the collection and analysis of FH company’s operational data after the implementation of the improved scheme,the feasibility of the scheme was verified and the effectiveness of the improved scheme was proved.Through the development of this research,on the one hand,it has certain guiding significance for the improvement of FH company’s R&D management system.At the same time,it also hopes to have certain reference value for other military-civilian integration enterprises in the transition period of development.
