| Effective teaching is a long-term pursuit for teachers, as well as a new concept toguide teaching. To solve these problems,we need treform the classroom teaching, improving teaching concept and teaching efficience.For a long period of time, Chinese teaching in pre-shool education has facing theproblems of opaque teaching aims, outdated teaching methods, tiresome of teachers,uninterest of students and inefficiency of teaching. Based on national teachingpolicies and reading relative materials in both library and internet, this thesis analyzesinfluencing factors of effective teaching. The writer is a Chinese teacher in pre-schooleducation in secondary vocational school, who can study the classroom activities, students, teachers by himself.
