| The ability of oral communication has become a must for people’s everyday life and work.In recent years,the state has made great efforts to develop preschool education and improve its quality,which is based on the promotion of preschool teachers’ quality.Compared with the other majors,preschool teachers need much better ability of oral communication because their students are in the early childhood which is essential to the language learning.Owing to the limited conditions,oral teaching hardly achieves its desired result,however,Chinese teachers can take the advantage of the subject particularity and shoulder the more responsibility in relevant aspects.The emphasis of oral communication teaching reform lies in the class teaching.First,the teacher should attach the importance to demand of the preschool education and develop oral teaching materials from books or life.Second,teacher should try to find new ways by using lectures before class,reading teaching,or each link of specilized training of oral commnication,so as to strengthen the oral communication traing.Last,the study adopts the formative evaluation and lays an emphasis on the development of the students,oral communicaition ability in senior one and senior two,consequently,better serving the teaching instrction.Furthermore,the study conducts an overall training,including mandarin ability,hearing&understanding ability,normal oral communication,vocational oral communication,for the students of the experimental class,and achieves an apparent result. |
