Ethics In Nursing Management And Its Practical Path

With the development of Chinese medical and health services, ethical issues in nursingmanagement have become increasingly prominent issue. Under this circumstance, higherrequirements for the management of nursing management have been put forward. Nursingmanagement is no longer a simple technical level, the features of ethics in nursingmanagement have been paid more and more attention by managers of clinical nursing.Clinical practice proved that, practice of nursing management cannot be without ethics，Through clinical practice of nursing managers, ethics reflects its value. The managers ofclinical nursing play a very important role in practice of ethics in hospital management, inhospital the level of nursing management affect the nursing effect of nurses and patients inrehabilitation. As a life science, the work of clinical nursing is not only for human healthservices, but also reflects the social typical, it will blend technology and moral in nursingpractice, so the nursing management is very important. Applications of ethics innursing management in practice, can not only improve the theory of nursing management andenrich the practice of ethics in nursing management, but also can promote the continuousdevelopment of nursing science. Therefore, the study of ethics in nursing managementhas very important theory meaning and practical value.Based on this, in this article, according to the author’s practice for many years in nursingmanagement, using the theory of the ethics, adopting the methodof analyze integration of theory with practice and the method of interdisciplinary studies,hereby we study on ethics in nursing management and its practical path, and induct theethical principles to the nursing management, discuss the applications of ethical principles innursing management in practice, research the problems in practice of nursing managementand the existing problems and their solutions, and propose the correspondingcountermeasures and suggestion for the practical path of ethics in nursing management. Studyon nursing management ethics and its practical path, in order to improve the nursingmanagement level, it also makes nursing workers to cherish human life in their daily work, care every patient, and provide high quality nursing service for the society.The thesis consists of three parts:The first part expatiates nursing management ethics and its functions, in order to providetheoretical support for this thesis. On the base of expatiating management and nursing ethics,the thesis makes a definition of nursing management ethics. Nursing management ethics isthe theory of moral phenomenon in management of nursing research in hospital, the ethicalrelationship and ethical principles and rules of nursing management ethics. Nursing managermust deal with the relationship with paramedics, patients and hospital, only that can do agood job in nursing management. With the development of Chinese medical and healthservices, the status and role of nursing management ethics has become increasinglyprominent in clinical work. It has an important position and role in personnel management,economic management, and the quality of nursing management in hospital.The second part, research and analysis of ethical dilemmas and problems, which nursingmanagement faced. With the rapid development of medical science and life science, as wellas increasing of awareness and demand for health and health care by public, the subsequentethical issues are also increasingly highlighted, nursing management is faced withrighteousness and benefit, emotion and reason, conflict between responsible for the hospitaland patients, and ethical dilemmas in clinical practice. There are problems of nurses’ lack ofnursing ethics, nursing management workers’ lack of nursing ethics and the hospital doesn’tpay enough attention on the management of nursing ethics. By discussing problems of nurse,head nurse and hospital to improve decision-making ability of nurse and nursing managementteam. Deepening the reform of the moral education of nursing management–it’s the way outof the ethical dilemma of nursing management.The third part, in view of the current existing problems, put forward the practical path ofethics in nursing management. In nursing management, we must stick to tolerant and kind,fair and harmonious ethical principles, set up the people-oriented ethical consciousness andideas, the hospital should strengthen ethics training, the nursing managers should strengthenmoral culture, improve the moral accomplishment, establish and perfect the relevant system,only in this way we can improve the level of nursing management, promote nursing morality and ethics in hospital, thus promote the sustainable development of medicaland health services.
