With the rapid development of global medical public health and the improvement of people’s living conditions, the life expectancy of the world is longer than that in the past, and it also brings a heavy burden for the aged to the world. At present, the trend of aging in the world is obvious.China’s elderly population has a large population base, rapid growth, the overall fertility rate of newborns,"empty nest elderly","lost people","Ding Ke family" and elderly disabled people are facing severe problems such as poor self-care ability and shortage of labor force in the nursing industry. In the era of artificial intelligence, the level of research and development of intelligent robots and the broad prospect of market application have prompted many countries to actively join in the R & D competition of artificial intelligent robots. The service robot market under the "wave of robot" has become the blue sea of the new economy.Intelligent endowment is becoming one of the key areas of the artificial intelligent robot technology innovation and the rapid expansion of the application market. The Nursing Robot with the main function of the elderly is born. Its application will help the elderly to live independently for a longer time and reduce the cost of medical and social endowment,to a certain extent. It will change the traditional family nursing with low technology content and the way of providing for the aged by relying mainly on the labor support workers to meet the growing needs of human care. However, the development of nursing robot technology brings human well-being,while privacy, interpersonal communication, nursing quality, and the "human-computer interaction" emotion of the nursing robot and the "human-computer interaction" emotion of the nursing people have certain risks.Robot technology can not completely solve these interdisciplinary moral and social problems. In view of the uncertainty caused by the development of robot technology,it is necessary to discuss whether nursing robots can have moral concepts, how to understand and analyze the chances and risks that emerging nursing robots may bring, and how to avoid the uncontrollable development of robot technology.
