“Zhuangzi·Under Heaven”,“Xunzi·Criticism of Twelve Scholars”,“Han Feizi·FamousSchool”are the most representative intellectual history in the various scholars of the Pe-Qindays.“Zhuangzi·Under Heaven” reveals " The Book of Odes "," The Book of Documents","The Book of Ritual"," The Book of Music " are the source of the various scholars of thought,and then comment the scholars, and take the similar theory, and attach to the order, but ahundred schools just obtains one part,therefore, people are superficial to the comments.“Xunzi·Criticism of Twelve Scholars”divides twelve scholars into six tayes, the six preciselybecomes three pair, respectively points out the pride.“Xunzi” respects the sage system ofremote antiquity、liyi of Ji Dan and Confucius, consider Shun,Yu, Confucius,Zigong as therule, abandon the theory of twelve scholars.“Han Feizi·Famous School” are on behalf of hisown theory not criticize Ru and Mo, Han Feizi sets Shi, Shu and Fa in one place,criticizevirtue and righteousness, reprove chivalry and scholars, Han Feizi replaces a hundred schoolsof thought contend with Legalists. In general, the Pre-Qin academic thoughts respectively areconfluence of Jixia from Ru and Mo,and confluence of Tao, Fa and Ming, and then Xunzi ofThe Ji-xia academy and his disciple Han Feizi summarize the various scholars,unify theacademy,the three academic history reveals the historical process the Pre-Qin academy fromthe unified to the divided,and Ru comprehensive,then Fa unifies.
