Nearly two decades, the nature of career has undergone tremendous changes, gradually showing dynamic, unpredictability and multi-directional development, borderless career trends continue to strengthen. In this Times of unstable and full of changes, Career decision-making difficulties increasingly common occurrence in contemporary college students, and how to make important decisions, one of which must be in life, is something that all college students are concerned, In the current domestic of career decisions outstanding career in research is not comprehensive and systems, based on the existing problems of the Institute, the research in China’s social and cultural background, try from the individual level, select two important individual variables (personality and career decision-making style) to discuss the outstanding career indecision, to supplement their current career field of empirical research and theoretical support. Using quantitative research methods, depth study the of relationship between personality, style and career indecision.The study is divided into four stages, the first stage,the revised scale of career decision-making style. In this study, we revised the CDMP (Career Decision-Making Profiles), scale using back translation translated into Chinese, and then discuss some items of objection, then find English majors students translated into English. Test questionnaire formed by these measures. The second phase, the test measurements. Randomly distributed250questionnaires,223valid questionnaires. After an official measurement. The questionnaire includes12dimensions, each dimension of the three items, a warm-up questions, two validity items, a total of39items. The third stage, formal test., including reliability analysis and factor analysis. The fourth stage:After determining decision-making style questionnaire developed including personality, decision-making style, social support and career indecision.300questionnaires were randomly distributed, through correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation model to explore the relationship among variables.
