Career Indecision——Influencing Mechanism Of The Personality And The Career Decision Style

Nearly two decades, the nature of career has undergone tremendous changes, gradually showing dynamic, unpredictability and multi-directional development, borderless career trends continue to strengthen. In this Times of unstable and full of changes, Career decision-making difficulties increasingly common occurrence in contemporary college students, and how to make important decisions, one of which must be in life, is something that all college students are concerned, In the current domestic of career decisions outstanding career in research is not comprehensive and systems, based on the existing problems of the Institute, the research in China’s social and cultural background, try from the individual level, select two important individual variables (personality and career decision-making style) to discuss the outstanding career indecision, to supplement their current career field of empirical research and theoretical support.
