According to the statistics of IMCPI, the number of people learning Chinese has more than40million. With continues heat up of Chinese fever, more and more foreigners had strong interest on Chinese culture.With the Chinese culture fever goes is that the rapid development of cultural textbooks. But what kind of cultural textbooks are more suitable for foreign learners, how to prepare it can make foreign learners accept easily, and what’s the difference between Chinese and foreign cultural teaching textbooks? These are nowadays teaching Chinese as foreign language and international promotion of Chinese language’s problems to be solved.Just compared with the rest of the world, the history of Japanese learning Chinese is the longest. Since the beginning of the1990s, the number of Japanese studying Chinese incresed sharply. The year of2010, in Japan Chinese learners reached more than2.0million. With the same time, the Chinese textbooks mushroomed after another In Japan not only many kinds, high quantity, but also many publishing house, fast update. In comparison of Japan, the Chinese textbooks published by China are lack of target, lower number and size.This article will take two culture textbooks as the research objects, analyze to identify the Sino-Japanese intermediate Chinese textbook’s strengths and weaknesses, learn from each other, complementary advantages.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part describes the reasons of the topics and the theoretical and practical significance, theoretical studies, the objects of the study and research methods.The second part is the analysis of the current Chinese culture textbooks for Japanese and Chinese cultural textbooks in Japan. The author summarizes the lack of Chinese culture textbooks for Japanese and the characteristics of Japanese written Chinese culture textbooks.The third part is the analysis of two intermediate Chinese culture textbooks. I use comparative analysis, from purposeful, scientific, practical and interesting these three aspects compared the two textbooks.The fourth part is thinking and suggestions on the written of Chinese cultural textbooks. Affirmed the success of Chinese cultural textbooks in our country, identified existing problems, analyzed the experience of Chinese cultural textbooks by Japan. Finally, the future of the cultural textbooks related improvement suggestions.Finally, sum up the full text of the main ideas and generalizing the conclusion, and the limitations of the study in this paper to make some instructions for the future, and to the future of the culture textbooks.
