Shandong the riseand growth of intellectual, social condition is ready for the May Fourth Developmentin Shandong, Shandong also benefit intellectuals of the movement to achieve theirpersonal and social values.Young intellectuals of Shandong’s main sources include: modern education of atraditional gong and intellectuals from new schools coming out of the newintellectuals, returning abroad advanced intellectuals, Catholic school bredintellectual.They accept the science of advanced Western cultures, ideology hasundergone enormous changes, is no longer working on: review of Confucianscholars.Shandong intellectuals of this period the number has increased dramatically,and by1917, their proportion in the total number of0.12%.Increased number ofintellectuals of Shandong province led to the fine-tuning of the social fabric, plays anincreasingly important role in society. They advocate the vernacular topromote literary revolution. Criticism of Confucianism ethics Gangchang, advocatingemancipation and Liberation, advocating co-ed and employ female teachers, changeand improvement in society in favor of ideas. Shandong intellectuals talk aboutdemocracy and science as the pursuit of objectives in the pursuit of the process; theyrecognize the importance of democracy and science. After the Russian Revolution,intellectuals of Shandong province is take Marxism as a guiding ideology ofreforming society.Research movement intellectuals in this special period in Shandong province,has an extremely deep meaning.
