Study On The Movement Of Shijiazhuang Young Intellectuals To The Countryside(1968-1980)

Young intellectuals to the countryside sports research is an important subject for the study of contemporary Chinese history, lasted for up to 25 years old; and spread to a wide range of, all over the country in various provinces; influence number, the country has some1700 million educated youth working in the countryside. Shijiazhuang, the provincial capital of Hebei Province, is the pioneer and model of the movement of the intellectual youth in Hebei province.Young intellectuals in Shijiazhuang area from 1968 to 1980 the rustication movement is divided into three stages. The first stage(1968-1973), this stage is to the largest number of times, because the management organization is not perfect, resulting in a lot of problems;the second stage(1974-1976), aiming at the problems appeared in the first stage of this period, improve the knowledge of young people for the placement of funds, to crack down on infringement of intellectual youth policy, youth life and safety improved; third stage(1977-1980), with the adjustment of national policies, knowledge youth began to return to the city, Shijiazhuang intellectruals after exercise.Although intellectruals movement twists and turns, encountered great difficulties of educated youth in the countryside, but never with the social responsibility of the educated youth, promote the spirit of working hard and made great contributions to the rural construction.
