Through the ages trust has always been a classic research subject, Netease news issuedreportson February17,2013: The Chinese academy of social sciences’ sociology instituterecently released a social mentality blue book 《The Chinese social mentality research report2012-2013》. Research pointed out that:“At present, the overall trust of the Chinese societydecline further, has fallen below60points in the bottom line of trust, the interpersonal distrustfurther expand”. From the industry and sector, people minimum for business, enterprisecredibility. Meanwhile, the distrust between the different classes, groups also deepening andcuring, officials and the public, the police and the public, doctors and patients, civil andcommercial society are further deepening distrust in the relationship. Master GraduateStudents are the important of high-level human resources in our country, according to the"Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)" in2015and2020, thescale of our graduate students will be$170million and200million. This huge group ofinterpersonal trust level is not only related to its spirit of cooperation, team spirit andharmonious interpersonal, but also to the formation of social harmony and interpersonaldegree graduate of interpersonal trust, thus study of master graduate student interpersonaltrust has the important practical significance. In order to investigate the interpersonal trust ofthe master graduate students and its influential factors, on the basis of summarizing thecorrect existing research results,we chose373postgraduates from Dalian as the researchobjects, and used the Interpersonal trust scale, Well-being index scale and interpersonalrelationship comprehensive diagnosis scale to measure the status of the interpersonal trust ofmaster graduate students.At the same time,we use the SPSS16.0to analyze the statisticaldata. Besides, on the basis of investigation study and following the principles of voluntaryparticipation, we finally selected2subjects randomly, used the sandplay therapy to evaluatethe effect of intervention and to provide new methods for interpersonal trust interventionstudy.The results show that:1. Interpersonal trust of Master graduate student is lower at themiddle rdi level. Boys than girls, science than the arts, in rural areas than in urban (town), theonly child than the not only children, no work experience than those who have workingexperience, higher grades than lower have higher interpersonal trust, and there is significantdifference in gender, origin, whether the one-child and grade. 2. The master graduate students’ interpersonal trust have significant correlation with totalscore of subjective well-being and interpersonal relationships.3. Interpersonal relationshipand subjective well-being of master graduate student can predict the IT effectively.4.Sandplay Therapyhas significant effect in improving master graduate students’ interpersonaltrust.
