| This study, mainly based on qualitative research and supplemented withquantitative research, aims to inspect the effect of sandplay therapy towards therelationship among high school students, enrich the content of the domestic researchon sandplay,and provide a reference for mental health education and groupcounseling school.we recruited23volunteers as experimental group members for this study, andselected17volunteers,who’s score on General Interpersonal Relationship DiagnosisQuestionaire is over8in my class, as control group members. We let theindividuals to experience the sandplay for five times, and then make an interviewwith them for seven times according to the individual case. The experimental groupreceived group sandplay once a week,(five times in all), while the control group didnot take part in any sandplay-related activities. Two weeks’ after the intervention, wetook an questionaire, and then analyzed the results by SPSS16.0. On the basis of theanalyse to the data, we added the nine-square grid trajectory of some members,showing the development of five members of the sandplay in the longitudinal.The results showed that after five times of sandplay, the scores of the memberson the General Interpersonal Relationship Diagnosis Questionaire all decreased.Especially in the conversation, communication and interpersonal skills, there existssignificant difference with the result before intervention.Final conclusion:(1) Individual sandplay can let the individuals have a deepunderstanding to their inner word, re-understand themselves and improve their ownrelationship.(2)Groups sandplay is helpful for improving their relationship in shortperiod.(3)Sandplay can be used to adjust the high school students’ relationship, andprovide a reference for mental health work and group counseling in school. |
