Human survival and development cannot be separated from all kinds of interpersonal communication activities.In social life communication.everyone is both the subject and the object of communication.In the continuous interaction between the subject and the object.we can master all kinds of interpersonal communication skills and constantly improve the interpersonal relationship of individuals in social life.Interpersonal communication is an important research content in social psychology.Individuals will produce different communication results in the process of interpersonal communication.Negative interpersonal communication will produce frustration and make individuals feel lonely experience brought by communication.Interpersonal communication involves a variety of influencing factors.of which interpersonal communication efficacy and interpersonal trust are two important factors and are also the key factors inducing loneliness.In-depth study of the relationship among loneliness.interpersonal communication efficacy and interpersonal trust provides some reference for the exploration of psychological state of interpersonal communication.As individuals who are about to enter the society.the improvement of their interpersonal skills directly affects the orderly progress of their work and life in the future.and college students show insufficient sense of interpersonal effectiveness in their student days.Problems such as loneliness and so on lead to the study of interpersonal communication and its influencing factors has become the focus of academic attention.Interpersonal communication has always been a hot issue in psychology.Since it is related to daily life.work.and learning.it involves multiple application fields.Therefore.scholars hope that through in-depth research.they can apply the results obtained in various fields of life.Interpersonal efficacy is a special manifestation of self-efficacy.and there are fewer research results in the research of interpersonal theory.The existing research focuses on the relationship between interpersonal trust and loneliness.or between interpersonal efficiency and loneliness.so as to enrich related theoretical research and facilitate more comprehensive guidance on college students ’interpersonal relationship practice.The purpose of this study is to explore the general situation of college students ’sense ofinterpersonal effectiveness.loneliness and interpersonal trust.Using the college student interpersonal relationship efficacy.interpersonal trust questionnaire and loneliness scale to carry out a questionnaire survey on 500 college students in northeast normal University in Changchun.the paper analyzes the current interpersonal relationship status of the participants.looks for the related factors that affect interpersonal relationships.and discusses how to improve college students ’interpersonal skills.The results of the study are as follows:1.The loneliness of college students is of medium level.and the emotional loneliness is higher than the social loneliness.The interpersonal communication efficacy of college students is at a medium level.The interpersonal trust level of college students is above the average level.2.College students’ interpersonal efficacy shows significant differences in gender.place of birth and whether they are only children.Loneliness of college students shows significant differences in gender.place of birth.major.grade and whether they have an only child.The interpersonal trust of college students shows significant differences in gender.place of birth and grade.3.College students’ interpersonal efficacy.loneliness and interpersonal trust are significantly correlated.Interpersonal efficacy can effectively predict loneliness.while interpersonal trust can effectively predict loneliness and interpersonal efficacy.4.Interpersonal trust has a partial mediating effect in the influence of interpersonal efficacy on loneliness.
