Study On The Language Policy In Tajikistan

As a multiracial country, the ethic diversity has determined the language’srichness and complexity of Tajikistan. This paper, for the study of language policy inTajikistan aimed at languages of Tajikistan through the implied policy analysis toexplore the underlying political issues, national issues. This article mainly uses datastudies, descriptive research method to collect, translate and collate relevantliterature, research content focused on characteristics, impact, the development oflanguage policies in Tajikistan. Main research results are:1. the various historicalperiods of the language policy in Tajikistan are reviewed, mainly divided intoTsardom of Russia, the Soviet Union, transitional period, and modern Tajik languagepolicy;2. Using the Language Law as the dividing line, arranged the influence oflanguage policies on language, education and culture and the impact of immigrants;3.Summarizes characteristics of the language policy of Tajikistan that revivalnational language, people "Russian complexes" and States "to Russia of the"contradictions of language policies, language and cultural diversity, as well asthrough the relationship of language and national development strategies to adjust itsforeign policy. By studying language policy and impact of different historical periodsin Tajikistan summed up their identity, can not only enrich the theory ofsociolinguistics, also helps to strengthen mutual trust and friendly cooperationbetween China and Tajikistan, and creating a favorable environment for developmentof Chinese in Tajikistan.
