With the deepening boost of economic globalization,as well as the cooperation of the "One Belt And One Road" initiative in the central Asian continent,the economic,trade and cultural exchanges between Tajikistan and China are getting closer.During the process,language as a forerunner,have the extraordinary meaning.To conduct research and analysis according to the region,promote the language exchange between the two sides,to form cultural consensus,and to upgrade the level of cooperation,it is necessary to have a deep understanding of the teaching and usage of Chinese in Tajikistan.China and foreign researches on teaching staff,teaching method and language policy of Chinese language teaching in Tajikistan have been carried out in a multi-dimensional manner,and some achievements have been made at present.However,researches on the actual problems in Chinese language teaching in Tajikistan are still limited.Therefore,this study proposed theoretical framework in Chinese language teaching.The selection of time domain as the breakthrough point,analysis systematically on the development history of Chinese language teaching and the change on language policy in Tajikistan.This is to investigate the study on the effect of Chinese teaching in Tajikistan factor,the problems on "teaching staffs,teaching materials,teaching methods" and"learning motivation",so as to provide reference for the future development of Chinese teaching in Tajikistan,Firstly,this study reviews and analyzes the Chinese teaching history and characteristics of Chinese propagation in Tajikistan,discusses the difference on Chinese teaching and communication with other central Asian countries in Tajikistan.On this basis,it is concluded that the Tajikistan Chinese teaching and propagation characteristics of itself,namely the Chinese propagation sovereign worries spread by regional characteristics of inverse distance and "lonely watchers" mode of transmission characteristics.The current situation of Chinese teaching in Tajikistan is discuss then.On the one hand,it is subject to the inheritance and influence of the educational system and mechanism of the Soviet Union.On the other hand,it is face with the cultural incidental and negative transfer of languages such as Russian and English for a long time.While teaching Chinese,the question of "who will teach","what to teach" and "how to teach" in Chinese teaching needs further discussion.This study mainly adopts the methods of probability statistics,questionnaire survey and interview.The research literature is mainly from cnki and the national website of Tajikistan.Through multi-dimensional analysis of Chinese teaching in Tajikistan,this paper finds the fundamental problems existing in Chinese teaching in Tajikistan.Based on the statistics and analysis of the data,this study finds that:(1)Economic motivation and extrinsic motivation are the main motivations of Chinese learners in Tajikistan.According to the research,Tajikistan Chinese learners choose to learn Chinese in order to find a good job,get more and better job opportunities in the future,and get a high salary.This also reflects the importance and influence of China’s economic development in the world.(2)The change of language policy and the trade contacts between China and Tajikistan have a two-sided influence on Chinese teaching in Tajikistan,but the positive factor is the mainstream.Tajikistan’s language policy has brought an easier development circle to Chinese language teaching.However,there will be some negative effects on the improvement of local Chinese teachers’qualification and the standardization of Chinese teaching.In addition,while the trade contacts between China and Tajikistan have a positive impact on the teaching of Chinese in Tajikistan,there were also some negative effect from trade competition and cultural transfer,which was,the Tajik people who born out of Tajik culture,"defamiliarize" the target language culture,resulting in the negative cultural transfer phenomenon of information asymmetry.(3)The development of Chinese teaching in Tajikistan faced with multi-dimensional problems and multiple development measurement needed.Overall,the development of Chinese teaching in Tajikistan has nine major problems.It Including:shortage of native Chinese teachers;lack of localized Chinese textbook;unitary way on the teaching method;unitary mode on examination system;lack of external language environment for Chinese learning;unreasonable curriculum;lack of teacher’s evaluation system;without internship base and regional imbalance for Chinese teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to grasp the historical opportunity,strengthen the dissemination of Chinese language,improve the Chinese teaching and management system and strengthen the Chinese teaching cooperation with relevant institutions in China,so that it could solved the above problems through appropriate cultural empathy. |
