| Language policy as a new discipline in recent years due to increasingly attentionof scholars in related fields, government and research institutions in various countrieshave begun to attach importance to the national language policy formulation andimplementation.Develop language policy is an important mechanism for national managementof social and political conflicts to resolve, in terms of specific policies to guidepublic opinion to guide political capacity, concentration of economic resources canplay a role.Language policy is not an isolated form, but the important social forces such aspolitical conflicts, changes in government, changes in immigration interaction, thestructure of the local economy, globalization, competition and other aspects of eliteresponse.
