After Thailand and China began their trading cooperation in Ming Dynasty, Chinese culture and Sinology are introduced into Thailand. Even if Chinese Teaching in Thailand has been suffered a lot, however, as Thai and Chinese established their normalized diplomatic relationship and under the strongly promotion of Thai princess, Chinese teaching became prosperous again. As the relationship of Thailand and China was going well, it not only improved the exchange of culture but also promoted the Chinese Teaching in Thailand. With the population of "Chinese Heat" is raising, from Universities to Primary schools and private training institutions, Chinese teaching courses are opened. This thesis is mainly about investigation in terms of people whose major is not Chinese language and literature. As I have done internship in Kasem Bundit University, so I choose Kasem Bundit University as an example of investigation.Apart from the Chinese language and literature major students, Kasem Bundit University also opens Chinese teaching courses for the non-Chinese language and literature major students. Because of that, it is able to offers a stage for lots of Chinese lovers. The objects of this study are the students who take Chinese courses as an elective course. By the means of attending Chinese classes, interviewing some students and making questionnaires, I have found that Kasem Bundit University opens Chinese teaching courses for the non-Chinese language and literature major students just on the purpose of satisfy their learning interest, and the result turns out not so good, which showing that there are still problems exist in Kasem Bundit University’s Chinese Teaching. To solve those problems, firstly, the author had a research on the different kinds of problems that students met during their daily study; student’s learning positivists and teachers’teaching methods. And then had a further analysis, try to find out the root of the problems. Finally, the author will make some referenced and valuable advice, hoping that these advices can help the non-Chinese students.Main content about this thesis:Chapter one:Mainly about the background of this study, researching status, Study meaning of this study in China and abroad, including content and study method.Chapter two is mainly about the detailed description of the study method of this thesis, basic situation of students and Learning and Teaching Method of teachers and the learning motivation of students. Through the analysis of gender, age, grade, learning attitude and how much they interested in Chinese of the study object, the author try to find out the difficulties that non-Chinese major learner will meet during their leaning. And the author tries to find out the reasons of how to fix those difficulties.Chapter three will make an analysis and summary for this thesis from the aspect of culture and teaching activities. In this chapter, in terms of Chinese learning and teaching, the author will have some advice for Kasem Bundit University’s non-Chinese major.At last, Chapter four is mainly about the summary of this thesis.
