With the developnment of China's"the Belt and Road Initiative" economic strategy and the further exchanges and cooperation between China and other countries in the world.more and more people choose to study Chinese or come to China to study.At the same time,the development of Internet technology and the popularity of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet computers have completely changed the traditional way of learning.People can learn Chinese anywhere in the world without leaving home.Under such a big background,the author of this paper mainly studies the basic situation of foreign students using Chinese learning apps by means of questionnaire survey,at the same time,the author,as a learner,downloads and uses the existing Chinese learning apps on the market,by analyzing their advantages and disadvantages,and combining with the Chinese as a foreign language method,this paper tries to design a Chinese learning APP that truly meets the needs of students,and satisfies the extension of students' knowledge after class as well as the improvement of their Chinese ability.This article consists of six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part,including the research background,research significance,research status,research content and research methods.This paper introduces the necessity of the research,the present situation of the domestic research,the research methods and the specific research contents that the author will use.The second chapter mainly includes the related concept and the theory foundation of Chinese learning APP.This paper defines the definition of Chinese learning APF,and discusses the characteristics of developing Chinese learning APP.In the third chapter,the author designs the questionnaire,the investigation object is the foreign student of International Education College of three universities in Chengdu.The questionnaire consists of 17 items,which are divided into three parts:the first part is to understand the basic information of foreign students;the second part is to understand the current situation of foreign students using Chinese learning APP to learn Chinese,The third part is their suggestions and prospects for the future development of the APP.Chapter 4 describes the current situation of the use of more than 10 Chinese language learning apps on the market,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the application of mobile phone apps in the current international Chinese language education,at the same time,focusing on the three elements of language(phonetics,vocabulary,grammar)as the standard,each selected a typical APP to analyze and draw a conclusion.The Fifth Chapter mainly discusses the author's design of "vitality Pinyin" APP development concept,how to use "vitality Pinyin" APP to make a complete simulation display,at the same time,the analysis and summary of its research and development results.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper,mainly to make a summary of the paper,insufficient to be discussed.
