Clinical Research Of Influence Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention Combining With Anodyne Therapy Systems On Glucose-fat Metabolism And NO On The Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neurpathy

Object: To observe the influence of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction decoction combining with Anodyne Therapy Systems(ATS) on glucose-fat metabolism and NO on the treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neurpathy(DPN), and to estimate the clinical curative efficiency and security, then its possible functional mechanism.Methods: 60 DNP patients measuring up to the inclusion standard were divided randomly into by the average three groups: Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) combining with TS group treated with diabetes basic medicine were given TCM which can supplement Qi and nourish Yin and promote blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction combining with AST; TCM group treated with diabetes basic medicine were only given TCM which can supplement Qi and nourish Yin and promote blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction; contrast group were only treated with diabetes basic medicine. With duration of 1 month, observing the changes of the patients clinical symptoms, glucose-fat metabolism and NO.Results: After therapy, TCM combining with TS group can remarkably alleviate the clinical symptoms, the total effectiveness rate was 100%, obviously better than TCM group and contrast group, three groups of the clinical comprehensive curative effects, after statistical treatment, have significant difference (P＜0.05). In reducing PBG aspect, obviously better than TCM group and contrast group(P＜0.01). In improving fat metabolism aspect, CHOL difference value of TCM combining with TS group and TCM group obviously is bigger than TCM group and contrast group (P＜0.01). In promoting NO synthesis and the release aspect, NO difference value of TCM combining with TS group and TCM group obviously is bigger than contrast group (P＜0.05), and has statistically significant difference. Conclusion: treatment with basic medicine plus supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction decoction combining with ATS can alleviate the clinical symptoms, partly corrected blood glucose-fat metabolic disturbance, promote NO synthesis or the release, improve the peripheral nerve blood supplies, promote neuranagenesis and repair.
