To search after the effective medicine to Diabetic Cerebral Infarction, the article, on the base of the traditional Chinese medicine, theoretically, clinically and experimentally discusses the cause and the mechanism of the disease, and the treatment of the disease. The article advances a new mechanism of Diabetic Cerebral Infarction that the disease is mainly caused by the deficiencies of qi and yin and the obstruction of blood circulation by blood stasis. According to this mechanism,a new prescription of Yibenhuoxue Recipe had been drawn up to treat 30 patients. A clinical observation had been carried, the treatment group (30 cases) with Yibenhuoxue Recipe ,and contrast group (30 cases) with Weinaolu-tong tablet were set up randomly. The two treatments both being taken for two months (one course lasting for one months), have a comprehensive analysis of the effects through the symptoms , body sign, blood sugar, blood fat, hemorheology indexes,etc.The result turns out as followings: The treatment group had 53.3% in clinical apparent effective rate and 90.0% in total effective rate, superior to contrast group (P<0.05). The treatment group could distinctly improve Patients' diabetes symptoms, neuro-function and effectively reduce blood sugar, blood fat, hemorheology indexes, all of which were superior to the contrast group. The animal experiment clearly showed that Yibenhuoxue Recipe had good effects of reducing blood sugar, improving hemorheology indexes and inhibiting inner thrombus of rats, which were meaningful in statistics.Then the conclusion clearly shows that the mechanism of Diabetic Cerebral...
