| ObjectiveTo study the effect and safety of Zhipiantong Fang in patients,and explore the theory and Mechanism of TCM on treating the Migraine.MethodsThe introduction of random empirical study method.Inducing a total of sixty with migraine in our hospital in the period from 2007,4Apr to 2008,4 Apr. The patients were divided into two groups randomly:treatment group (Zhipiantong Fang,3Ocases) and control group(Nimodipine,30 cases) and all the patients accepted the treatment for 14 days.We detected the hemodynamics index of Intracal arteries with TCD before and after treatment. In addition,Blood fat index was investigated by the Olypus AU5400 automatic biochemical analysator.Rseult1 The patients' age,sex and of complicating disease in the both groups.There were no significant difference in between treatment group and controls(p＞0.05). There was comparability.2 Encephalalgia exponent:After 14 days treatment,encephalalgia exponent were decreased obviously than before in both treatment group and controls(p＜0.05). The changed level of index differ when compared between two groups(p＜0.05). The effect of treatment group is superior to control group.3.Blood flow rate of Intracal arteries:After 14 days treatment,encephalalgia exponent were decreased obviously than before in both treatment group and controls(p＜0.05).The changed level of index did not differ when compared between two groups(p＞0.05).4.During the period of treating migraine,the blood,urianlysis stool routine examination,liver and renal function are not discovered abnormality and anaphylaxis. Conclusions1 Zhipiantong Fang is able to improve spasticityof Intracal arteries,to sacrifice blood flow rate normaUy,then to obviate and treat onset of migraine.2 By contrasting encephalalgia exponent between two group,we overview that Zhipiantong Fang is able to perfectly treat migraine.The effect of treatment group is superior to control group.3.Zhipiantong Fang safely treats migraine,hasn't herbal toxicity and side effect.t...
