Purpose:Thrombosed external hemorrhoid is a clinically frequent disease, butthe understanding of etiopathogenisis and clinic performance is still notoverall. This research aims to explicit the clinic characteristic of differenttypes, and the difference of their complications and prognosis, thus, it can helpus known this disease more completely, provide the clinic basis for treatmentsand prevention, perfect the understanding of etiopathogenisis, pathogenesis, treatment and prognosis.Method:According to the clinical studies standards to sieve patients, patientswith hrombosed external hemorrhoids are divided into two types, namely thefirst type and the second type. According to the Principle of parallelism andcomparison, patients’ general information(including age, sexuality, course and mainly symptoms),clinical performances(includingposition, invasion, inducement, the ache property and complications),thelaboratory index sign of hemorheology, blood fat, and prognosis(including theache after operation, edema, healing status)are contrastly observated andrecorded. According the different clinical dates adopt correspondinglystatistical methods. And objective basis to the research results is providedby the clinical dates which is handled statistical computation. It’stechnically importante point is:the observation standard is consistently tothe clinical symptoms’ valuation which include ache, dropsy...etc.Result:According to compared observation of first type and second type ofthrombosed external hemorrhoids, expelling the statistics error, two types hasno obvious statistically difference(P>0.05)in the age, sexuality, course ofillness, and two types has no obvious statistically difference(P>0.05)in mainclinical symptoms, ache degree before operation, stool condition beforeoperation etiopathogenisis, complications. Two sets have obvious statisticallydifferences(P<0.05)in lump positions, ache nature and healing times. Two setshave obvious statistically differences (P<0.05)in ache degree after operation and stool condition after operation by analysis the occurrence circumstanceof complications, and two types has no obvious statisticallydifference(P>0.05)in dropsy, urination, anal complaint and healingcondition. The examination of hemorheology, blood sugar and fat series expressthat the average of the first type is lower than the second type inhemorheology, apoB and apoE, but there is no obviously statisticaldifferences(P>0.05).It is under conclusive that the second type of thrombosedexternal hemorrhoids are higher than the first type in blood viscosity andapoB, E, more samples are still needed. Conclusion:There are obviously different in lump positions, ache nature achedegree after operation, stool condition after operation and healingtimes. Therefore, there are obviously different in clinical express andprognosis between the first type and the second type of thrombosed externalhemorrhoids. After all, the typing is scientific and basised, to fit a clinicaldemanding.
