Objective: To evaluate a new operation procedure in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids that is not only more thoroughly, but also protect anal function well, has less suffering and a shorter course of treatment and complication. Methods: Twenty samples are divided into two groups(n=10). The therapy group adopts the hemo- rrhoidectomy of the external resection and internal ligation of retaining linea; the control group adopts the traditional external dissection and internal ligation. Observing and analyzing the clinical curative effect, time of operation and treatment, postoperative complications. Results: Two groups have no obvious differences in the clinical curative effect, the healing rate, operation time, blooding, and edema(P>0.05). Two groups have obvious differences in the happening of uroschesis, pains, anal discomfort and time of treatment(P<0.05). The course of treatment and the rate of constipation, and pains are different. Conclusion: The new operation procedure can cure hemorrhoids clearly, retain linea dentata and anal cushion, shorten hospitalization time and postoperative complication. |
