| Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects on treating dysfunctional uterinebleeding in perimenopausal with sicao decoctionand to discuss its mechanism and therelation between it and serum NO.Methods: 20 patients were treated with sicao decoctionand.observe changes ofserumHB、PLT、NO. thesymptoms irregular menstruation(sudden profuse diacharge ordripping menses),accompanied by tinnitus, palpation, feverish sensation over thepalms,soles and chest,insomnia and sweating in the night,aching and pain in the lowerabdomen, dizziness, paleness.Results: Sicao decoctionand could increase the serum HB and PLT level in patients, itshows that there is esplicit difference between the former and laterresult. (p＜0.05)Thesyndromes improvement have remarkably difference between the former and later. Theserum NO level in 20 patients has no abnormal increase or reduction, there is no esplicitdifference between the former and laterresult. (p＞0.05)Conclusion: Sicao decoctionand could effectively treat the dysfunctional uterinebleeding in perimenopausal. The effect may be achieved through the operation ofpromoting the uterine contractility, and the blood coagulation system. The mechanism ofdysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal have not correlation with serum NO. Itmaybe effect uterine bleeding through the change of circulation in uterine. |
