The Clinical Study Of Xiaoyoufang And CO₂ Laser On Condyloma Acuminatum Of Female Pudendum

Objective: study Xiaoyoufang’s effect on condyloma acuminatum of female pudendumin clinical observation with the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and moderntechnology and discuss the mechanism of it.Methods: Make 50 female patients of condyloma acuminatum pointedcondyloma treatment group （25 pations,take orally, use xiaoyoufang externally, and treatwith CO₂ laster）and contral group（25 pations,rejecting muscles with bcgvaccine, and treatwith CO₂ laster） at random. Contrast the improvements of treatment with beginning such asclinical conditions,curative ratio,recurrence and change of immunity’s signs（TC subgroupCD3. CD4. CD8. CD4/CD8）Results: All the patients immunnologic function is abnormal.They have high CD8percentage,low CD4/CD8 ratio.The two groups have no difference in clinical conditionsand signs of immunity at beginning（p＞0.05）,while there are exceeding difference inimprovements of immunopotency, clinical conditions, curative ratio and recurrencebetween the two groups after they have been treated（p＜0.05）.Conclusion:Xiaoyoufang can not only adjust the immunity turbulence in both way.but also be benefical to healing lesion and eliminating HPV, amend the clinicalconditions, enhans ratio and lower recurrence ratio.
