The Clinical Study Of Dangyoutang And CO₂ Laser On Condyloma Acuminatum Of Female Pudendum

Objective: study Dangyoutang's effect on condyloma acuminatum of female pudendum and discuss the mechanism of it.Methods: Make 100 female patients of condyloma acuminatum pointed condyloma treatment group (50 pations, take orally, use dangyoutang externally, and treat with CO2 laster)and contral group(50 pations, rejecting muscles with Poly I :C, and treat with CO2 laster) at random. Contrast the improvements of treatment with beginning such as clinical conditions, curative ratio, recurrence and change of immunity's signs(IL-2 level of peripheral blood, TC subgroup CD2.CD4,CD8.CD4/CD8; humoral immunity IgG, IgA, IgM).Results: All the patients immunnologic function is abnormal.They have low IL-2 level,high CD8 percentage,low CD4/CD8 ratio,high IgG.The two groups have no difference in clinical conditions and signs of immunity at beginning(p>0.05),while there are exceeding difference in improvements of immunopotency, clinical conditions, curative ratio and recurrence between the two groups after they have been treated(p<0.05).Conclusion: Dangyoutang can not only adjust the immunity turbulence in both way, but also be benefical to healing lesion and eliminating HPV, amend the clinical conditions, enhans ratio and lower recurrence ratio.
