Object ivesThe project was selected to study XiaoYouFang effecting the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum(CA) and the TLR1,TLR3in Peripheral blood mononuclear cells.Methods(1). Clinical study:42cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups(22cases in treatment group and20in control group). Before the drug treatment, the microwave (Microwave Multifunction Therapeutic Apparatus Model: KYWB-2000, Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. of Guangdong Kang industry production)was offerred remove visible warts. Treated group took Chinese Herbs orally and washed with Chinese medicine once a day; Control group took thymosin oral capsule (Zhunzi:H19991132, ShanghaiBaolong Pharmaceutical Co., produced)10mg each time, three times a day, another with Shule Ning outer wash (Yaozhun:GuangdongZ20070855, hospital preparation, pharmaceutical ingredients: Sophora, Kochia scoparia, Cynanchum etc.). Each group treated one month, continuous observed three months. If there are new warts in the observation period, Give microwave to clear and continue to offer a drug treatment1month. After treatment, respectively, in the first week, second week, third week, fourth week, the sixth week,8weeks,10weeks,12weeks referred to observe rash recovery and recurrence.(2) Experimental study:Before treatment and90days after treatment, extracted in patients with3ml venous blood in EDTA-tubes, and placed in a refrigerator at4℃. Using the two-colour immunofluorescence index method markup TLR1, TLR3and flow cytometry detection. ResultsClinical research:The cure rale of treatment group was86.4%, cure rate of the control group was55%. The cure rate difference of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of treatment group was13.6%. In the control group, the recurrence rate was45%. Two recurrence rate difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Experimental study:1.TLR1receptors:TLR1expression in the treatment group the positive rate was (13.46+5.70)%. Treatment90days after the TLR1expression positive rate was (17.41+6.32)%. After treatment than before TLR1expression positive rate increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Positive rate of TLR1expression in the control group was (12.74+3.99)%. Treatment90days after the TLR1expression positive rate was (16.41+5.27)%. After treatment than before treatment TLR1receptor positive expression rate raise, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Treatment group compared with the control group, two groups before treatment and treatment of the90days after the TLR1expressions, there were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).2. TLR3receptors:TLR3expression in the treatment group the positive rate was (3.69+2.43)%. The positive rate of the treatment90days after the TLR3expression was (6.24+3.24)%. After treatment than before treatment TLR3expression positive rate raised, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The control group before treatment TLR3expression positive rate was (3.68+2.31)%.Treatment90days after the TLR3expression positive rate was (5.56+3.19)%.After treatment than before treatment TLR3receptor expression in the positive rate increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Treatment group compared with the control group, the expressions of TLR3in the treatment of90days after and before treatment, there were no significant statistical learning differences (P>0.05).Conclusion1. The expression of TLR1on peripheral blood mononuclear cell of CA patients, after treatment than before treatment increased, which indicated that TLR1may be involved in HPV infection of the body’s immune defense response.2. Patients with CA the peripheral blood mononuclear cells can express TLR3, and the increase of the TLR3expression after treatment showed that HPV infection by upregulating the expression of TLR3to stimulate the body’s immune response.3. XiaoYouFang and Thymosin enteric-coated capsules could increase the receptor expression of TLR1, TLR3on monocytes. Which eliminated that XiaoYouFang and thymosin enteric capsules may improve immune function by regulating the cellular immune therapy to break the HPV immune escaping, reduce the recurrence rate of CA.4. The treatment of XiaoYouFang to CA genital was clear efficacy, lower recurrence rate, compared with thymosin enteric-coated capsules. Which may be related with the enhance cellular immune function and anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial mechanism.
