Sang Ju Yin And Subtract Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Bronchial Pneumonia In Children

Objective: Based on Sang Juyin square of addition and subtraction combinedwithconventional western medicine, to observe the effects of combined treatmentonchildren with bronchial pneumonia clinical symptoms, signs, hemogram andimaging,provide a new way for the treatment of children bronchial pneumonia withcombination of TCM and Western medicine.Methods: Will be in September,2012-December2013the first affiliated hospital ofanhui medical university at the records of80patients with bronchial pneumonia,pediatric wards were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in twogroups,40cases in each group of children; Children were treated to cefazolin oxime(100mg/kg/d); Treatment group patients in the control group on the basis of oral sangju Yin GUI, a course of7days, observe the two groups before and after the treatmentthe patient’s clinical symptoms, physical signs and blood picture, imaging changes.Results: Clinical studies show that, the total effective rate of treatment group was97.5%, total effective rate of the control group was85%, compared with the P<0.05group, two havesignificant difference, the treatment group in improving cough, sputum,sore throat,thirsty, shortness of breath, floating pulse number and other majorsymptoms, signs,chest X ray were superior to the control group (P <0.05). During thetwo groups were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: This research shows that sang ju Yin in treating infantilebronchopneumonia have shorten the duration of symptoms, improve the symptoms,and no adverse reactions, have a positive therapeutic effect and the clinical significancefor popularization.
