A Study On The Cilnical Curative Effect Observation Of Zhen Huang Ye Treatment Substantive-heat-type Pneumonia Asthma

After that,it discusses the pathophysiology of pneumonia, the clinical relevance of serum cytokine research of the modern medicine.This paper also deal with modern medicine treatment for pneumonia in the clinical application,with the combine traditional chinese and western medicine treatment for pneumonia in clinical achieved. This research through to Zhen Huang Ye treatment for pneumonia asthma in cl icinal study, prove that Zhen Huang Ye which produced by Guangzhou Hospital of TCM, is has the effectiveness of phlegm resuscitation, out the wind antispasmodic, clearing heat and detoxicating.It treatment for children bronchopneumonia curative effect is distinct, have clinical application of significance.Purpose:Objective to investigate the effect of Zhen Huang Ye treatment in chi ldren’s bronchial pneumonia, the effect regard to sICAM-1and CRP, the impact on clinical signs and symptoms.Method:To divide the60substantive-heat-type pneumonia asthma into two groups by randomized method,30to the treatment group,30to the control group. Offer the control group with conventional comprehensive treatment, offer the treatment group adding the Zhen Huang Ye per os, treatment7days. To regard the cough, polypnea, expectoration, rale situation, sICAM-1, CRP etc. before and after treatment as the main outcome.Result: This study compared clinical comprehensive from the control group with the treatment group, the overall response rate of treatment group is93.33%, and the control group is80%, significant difference(P<0.05), the effect of treatment group is better. To make comparisons with the main outcome before and after treatment,the research shows that, the treatment group control the symptoms of children’s bronchial pneumonia effect is better than the control group. When compare the sICAM-1,CRP outcomes of the two groups after treatment, significant difference(P<0.05) after treatment.It shows that Zhen Huang Ye have effect on sICAM-1,and have some certain effect to fight infection.So that, this research shows:Zhen Huang Ye has the effectiveness of phlegm resuscitation,out the wind antispasmodic, clearing heat and detoxicating.It treatment for children bronchopneumonia curative effect is distinct, have clinical application of significance.Clnclusion:1、Zhen Huang Ye treatment for substantive-heat-type pneumonia asthma clinical curative effect is accurate, could improve the clinical symptoms and signs,with clinical significance.2、Zhen Huang Ye have effect on sICAM-1, and have some certain effect to fight infection on bronchial pneumonia.3、CRP is the clinical common infection observed index, this stdy shows Zhen Huang Ye can be used in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia, have certain effect to fight infection.
