Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical validity of Modified Sang Ju Yin in treating of wind-heat cough in children and explore the mechanism of it.Methods:Diagnosed 90 children patients of wind-heat cough are randomly divided into 2 groups.60 patients in treatment group are treated with Modified Sang Ju Yin.30 patients in control group are treated with Amoxicillin Dispersible tablets(A Lin Xin).Treatment is 7 days.The related items are measured before and after the treatment.Results:The clinical study shows that there is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group is 96.67%.The total effective rate of control group is 73.33%.The symptoms and signs are improved more significantly in the treatment group than that in the control group.Conclusions:It is indicated that Modified Sang Ju Yin has obvious effect and less side effects in treating of wind-heat cough in children.It also is cheap and worth of promoting.
