Clinical Observation Of Fengrefang Combined With Pneumonitis Paste In Treating Children Mycoplasma Pneumonia With Wind-heat Closed-lung

Objective:to observe the clinical effect of Fengrefang combined with pneumonia plaster and azithromycin in treating mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods:a total of 60 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were selected from paediatric ward of Xiamen traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,and all the patients met the criteria of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.The children were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group.The control group was treated with the antibiotic azithromycin,while the observation group was treated with external application of Fengrefang combined with pneumonia plaster on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The observation course was 7 days.The two groups were recorded and compared before and after 3 days of treatment.After 7 days of treatment,the symptoms total score,the main symptom total score,the secondary symptom total score,the main symptom score,the secondary symptom score and the fever,the cough,the lung rale disappear time.Results:1.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups before treatment(including age,sex,illness condition,total symptom score,total score of main symptom,total score of secondary symptom,main symptom score,secondary symptom score(P>0.05),Two groups of children were comparable.2.After 3 days of treatment,there was significant difference in the total score of symptom and main symptom between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the total score of secondary symptom(P>0.05).After comparison,the results showed that there was a significant difference between the lung rale,cough,phlegm,and fever(P<0.05),But there was no significant difference in shortness of breath.(P<0.05).The secondary symptom score of the two groups were compared,and the results showed that there was a significant difference in the appetite of the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that after 3 days of treatment,the improvement of Fengrefang combined with Pneumonic paste and Azithromycin was better than that of Azithromycin alone.The observation group was superior to the control group in the improvement of lungs,cough,phlegm,fever and appetite.3.After 7 days of treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups in the total score of symptoms and the total score of the main symptom(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the total score of the secondary symptom(P>0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups in terms of cough(P<0.05).There was still a significant difference in appetite intake(P<0.05).Conclusion after 7 days of treatment,the improvement of the total score of main symptoms in combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is better than that of western medicine alone.The improvement of appetite intake was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group 7 days after treatment.4.There were significant differences in fever,cough and lung rale disappearance time between the two groups(P<0.01).The results showed that the improvement of fever,cough and lung rale in the observation group was better than that in the control group.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can shorten the time of fever,cough and lung rale,and control the disease more effectively than western medicine alone.Conclusion:The combination of Fengrefang and pneumonia paste combined with azithr omycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children(wind-heat closed lun g syndrome)is better than azithromycin alone in controlling the disease and improving the curative effect.
