Objective: The thesis compare the clinical effect of tacrolimus0.03%ointmentand triamcinolone acetonide in the local treatmeat of patients with erosive oral lichenplanus,to observe the short-term efficacy, adverse reaction, recurrence rate during thetreatment and follow-up.So that it could provide the experimental basis for thetacrolimus0.03%ointment used in clinical practice.Methods:40cases of erosive OLP were randomly divided into experimental groupand control group. The experimental group were treated with tacrolimus0.03%ointment,and control group were treated with triamcinolone acetonide for4weeks andfollow-up for3months. The therapeutic parameter was the efficacy rate, adversereaction and recurrence rate at the end of the treatment.Result: Topical tacrolimus0.03%ointment and triamcinolone acetonide both had agood efficacy in the treatment of erosive OLP:significant damage reduction, obvioucepain relief. The tacrolimus group efficacy rate was95.0%, one adverse reaction, recurrence rate28.6%.The triamcinolone acetonide group efficacy rate was70.0%, sixadverse reaction, recurrence rate42.9%.Statistically significant differences wereobserved in efficacy rate and adverse reaction (p<0.05).In the treatment, main adversereaction included:Candida albicans infection, local mucosa atrophy, burning and pain. Conclusions: Topical tacrolimus0.03%ointment induce a better therapeuticresponse than triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of erosive OLP. |
