Objective:To explore effect of total glucosides of paenia(TGP) combined with topical application of triamcinolone on patients with oral lichen planus(OLP)Methods:60 cases of OLP,according to 1:1, were randomly allocated to 2 groups arranged by registration order.Treatment group received triamcinolone topically three times a day for three weeks,and TGP 2 tablets twice one day,two months totally.Control group received triamcinolone topically only(the same with treatment group).The clinical effects and recurrence were evaluated after the third month and the sixth month.Results:The effective rates were83.3%in treatment group,and the control group were77%3 months later.There were no significant difference between the rates(p>0.05). The recurrent rate were20%in treatment group,and the control group were 52%6 months later.There were significant difference between the rates(p<0.05).Conclusion:TGP combined with triamcinolone is better for the Long-term Therapeutic Effects than triamcinolone for the treatment of OLP.
