Objective: To explore a biological regulator to alternative glucocorticiod treatment of erosive OLP by observing the efficacy and safety of local injections of BCG-PSN for cannot tolerate or not to accept glucocorticoid therapy for patients with clinical reference. Methods: We collected 20 clinical cases or pathological diagnosis of patients with OLP, according to medical sequence into dual number randomly divided into treatment group and control group every 10 cases. The treatment group using local injections 2ml + 2% BCG-PSN1-2ml. The comparison group using local injections of injection Triamcinolone Acetonaide 20-40mg + 2% of lidocaine hydrochloride 1-2ml. Weekly, ill caustic basal multi-point injection, a total of 4 times a week after a week into observation period, after the start of treatment review once, the first month observing curative effect, and the follow-up of 3 months after recurrence rate. Results: For 1 month (Z = - 1.232, p = 0.28 > 0.05), 3 months (Z = - 1.117, p = 0.35 > 0.05) .Two efficiently and curative effect of were not significantly difference recurrence rate. Adverse reaction rate and also have no obvious difference. Conclusion: There was no significant difference and adverse reactions in both drugs .
